Facebook Security Question! HELP!?

I recently found that someone has made a fake account wit my name on facebook and I have reported that account several times but no action from facebook!
I used forgot password and successfully got the security answer right and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs but now it seems that the new email which I used is invalid and its been more than 24 hrs plus when I go to facebook account recovery the security question option is gone all it says is "Try to get access to your email" PLZ HELP!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHY DID MY PASSWORD RECOVERY PROCESS FAILED N THE SECURITY QUESTION OPTION ISNT AVAILABLE ANYMORE!!??
P.S I thought we can't remove or change security question once we set them!
