Why am I partially frozen out of my Facebook account?
I already changed my FB password and still this issue is not resolved. Chats are still disabled, I cannot email individual FB persons or friends, and I am unable to do any posts from my wall or anyone elses' walls. I am also unable to do my own posts from my own Facebook-created events.

U may be blocked! try again after few days..may be 3 or 5 or 7..
