Can you see if a message on Facebook has been read if they have deleted you as a friend?

Hi - I sent a message to a guy I liked... it never appeared as 'seen' and when I next went to check I realized he's deleted me as a friend... Would my message still be marked as 'seen' if he had read it, or would this not appear if he's deleted me? Thanks xx

Doubtful...If he deleted you your message would be gone I believe

If he deleted you then your message is gone. It is possible he read it then marked it as unread and deleted you.

if I am not friends with someone who messages me it still shows when it's been read but u can't see if the person is online but yes I can see its read even if not the persons friend but he might of marked it as not read or blocked u? I'm not sure
