Is it illegal on Facebook to post photos of other people without their permission?
I had a party last weekend and took more than 20 pics.
some are with my friends and some with random people i just met over there.
Would i get in any trouble if i posted these photos without their permission?
only my friends can view my photo albums but i have over 500 friends.

If someone would dislike the photo, you would have to remove it. But it's totally ok, as long as you don't insult others.

Not unless they were upset and reported the pictures. If they don't make anyone look bad, there's little chance anyone would be bothered by it. It's certainly not illegal, at least in a legal sense. Not if it's a personal picture. This is entirely normal, and people upload these kinds of pictures all the time. You might even find that you become friends with someone, because they remember you after seeing the picture.

Depends on where do you live, and the people in the photo. If they file a complaint to fb, you probably have to delete them or even get banned if you violate fb ToS (porn/nudity). Seriously if you live in US/UK ... they can also sue you.
