I have 5000 friend on Facebook. and already have 500 friends request on Facebook but I can't accept?

5000 is the limit. You can't add more friends. If you want to add more friends then you have to delete/unfriend some friends.

What you can do is build pages and keep adding friends onto each page that's what I do and then you know who is who and from were instead of having it all on one account. Build New Pages and it will work out better trust me Or Open Up Groups and use that for another source but you can add your friends to each page so it makes it easier no matter what you have a big task at hand it sucks deleting friends one by one no bulk deleting.

You have exceeded the number of friends that you have.you could delete some to make room for more or you could manage them being your "subscribers",where they can follow your public updates.
