Why won't it let me watch videos on Facebook?

Why won't it let me watch videos on Facebook?
Whenever I click on a video in my newsfeed on Facebook it opens and I can hear it but just has the loading symbol the whole time and not the actual video. I can watch YouTube videos and my abode is all up to date please help!

Make sure you have 'enabled' the Flash Player plug-in. Sometimes it is disabled in settings and the video is played via HTML 5. If that does not help, restore your browser settings.
