i want to know how to do this on twitter
what if there are two words and not like this ( #topic )

Trending topics are the most popular things being discussed on twitter at any given moment. If you want your tweets to show up when someone clicks on a trending topic, make sure you use the hashtag (like #populartopicwhatever) in your tweet.
