How can I add a photo on facebook without being shown on my friends' news feed?
I would like to add a new photo. but I don't want it to be shown on my friends "news feed".
However, I want it to be shown for those of them who come to "profile page". (just not the news feed)

go to the setting icon next to your uploaded photo and adjust accordingly.

or go to privacy settings or upload the photo to a private album.

all of which can be acomplished using the help center on fb.
