Accidentally sent a friend request on Facebook?
I was trying to block my ex but I accidentally sent him a friend request and unclicked it right away then I blocked him will he get a notification from me !? He has an iPhone and does have push notifications.

actually friend requests on facebook appear after a while so no worries
