Facebook Support is ignoring all my name change requests without any reply, how do I get in touch with them?

For the last two years I have asked them to change my name using the form in the help section, each time I send my ID and the new name I want (Real name) a message pops up telling me that I will receive an e-mail from them shortly but they never actually send me an e-mail nor do they get back to me. I am now sending them a new request every few months in the hope that someone will answer... I am really desperate, is there a phone number where you get to talk to an actual human being that I can call or something?

Contacting Facebook is never reliable! They don't give a hoot about anything the users say or want. There isn't a phone number to Facebook, I wish there was. As for name, I think you CAN'T change your first name, you CAN change the last name though. I hope I have helped a little. :-)
