How do I post videos that I posted on my Facebook wall to Youtube?

Okay, so a bit of a dilemma here. I posted videos from an iPhone to my Facebook wall and deleted them from my iPhone because I needed room for other stuff. So now I have these videos on my Facebook wall, and I'd like to post them to Youtube. Is that possible?
If there isn't a way to directly get them from my Facebook wall and post them to Youtube, is there a way that I can download the videos to my computer from Facebook and post them that way?
I'm willing to delete the videos from my wall if I have to do that to get them on Youtube.

This website will allow you to download Facebook movies, and you don't even have to download any software to do it.

Just click on the video on your Facebook wall. When you get taken to the video page, just copy the address into the text box and follow the directions. (Right-click, Save as)

Once it's on your computer you can easily upload it to YouTube.
