instagram has disabled me for no reason?

I HAVE BEEN DISABLED TWICE AND EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES THEY DON'T REPLY OR HELP ME! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ? THE EMAIL ON THEIR HELP CENTRE IS POINTLESS! I NEED A CONTACT NUMBER?! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, I KNOW A FEW OTHERS WERE DISABLED TOO BUT I CANT RECALL DOING ANYTHING TO VIOLATE THE TERMS!

First thing to do is calm down, you probably did something against their rules without knowing. You never know, if you wait long enough they may re-enable your account if you ask them kindly. Don't expect them to reply very fast, when you're a billion dollar company you probably get thousands of emails a day.
