My hashtags on Instagram don't work..?

When I add some hashtags to my pictures, it doesn't show my picture in that category.
For the people saying 'yeah but it doesn't show the pictures by date blablablabla'.. When I used to put some 'famous' tags like #igers #photooftheday (you know those annoying tags) to test it, I would get some likes (10 or 20) but now when I do it I get 0 likes. Only people who find by accident my account like some pictures I have...

+ I can't follow people. I wanted to follow some good photographers and interesting, travelling people but when I push the follow button it gets green and 1 second later it's blue again.

I deleted the app and installed it again, I logged out an in, I restarted my cellphone. I did everything I can..

Please some help.

Some hashtags Will Work and Some Wont its Just the Way it is As Far as Following People Goes It May be a Error With Instagram You Cant Fix it you have to Wait For the Instagram Team To Correct the Problem
