How do i log out of facebook on my ipod touch?

on the ipod touch when you go to settings you can log into facebook and twitter and i logged into facebook on the settings not the app and now i want to log out it shows in the privacy settings and where it shows all your apps i have already deleted the app but it doesnt work please help

you need to tap on the left hand corner where there is a button that is three horizontal lines. then it will come up with a list of things like your name, news feed, messages etc. then scroll down to the very bottom of the list and there should be a power button and the words log out next to it. if you do not have the updated version, i think you go into settings
