Facebook commenting blocked?

Facebook has blocked me to comment in any page posts, also I can not post any pictures to any groups. They say I did something wrong. I don't know what I did. I appealed for it, then they say they will investigate it. Almost 1 week have passed, but I am still blocked to comment in pages. What should I do? They say it is temporary, I don't think one week is temporary.

Usually this will happen when facebook sees that your commenting is spam. This can happen for a couple reasons, but the most likely ones being that you have commented on a lot of posts in a small amount of time, or whenever you comment on a post, you post the same thing. However it's possible that you may have clicked a link and your facebook account started sending out spam, so it wouldn't hurt to change your password just in case.
