Facebook picture that I'm tagged in?? HElP?

So im tagged in a picture on facebook and its stupid looking.. but i still want it to be in my tagged pictures. So i pressed the hide photo button and it all went away?? So i unhid it how the fuq can i delete the post off my wall but still be tagged in it in the "photos of you" ?

1. Go to Privacy Settings
2. Click on Timeline and Tagging
3. Beside "Who can see things on my timeline?", click on "Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your timeline"
4. Change it to "Only Me"

To make sure it works, go to your timeline, then click on the gear icon on your cover photo. Click on "View As...". A black bar will appear on top of the page. Click on "View as Specific Person" then type in the name of any of your friends. If your tagged photos can't be seen anymore, then that's good.
