I posted a status that said "The cup is half full. The cup is ALWAYS half full". Few minutes later, realized that was kinda stupid. When I go to delete it, I see a comment. The comment says "looks like someone's wearing a kid sized jock strap ". It was only up for like 10 minutes but I forgot that there's tons of people on facebook who'd take ANYTHING they can and use it to fuck with me. So now I'm paranoid like fuck everyone saw this wow that was embarrassing but then again, Idk.

Just play it off as if that's what you meant (as a joke), or say that it is a quote from a TV show.
Also the cup is only half full if you are filling it, just as it is half empty if it is being emptied.

I wouldn't say it's embarrassing, I've seen much worse/more stupid things on Facebook. I wouldn't worry about it, there should be an option to delete his reply if it bothers you

No it's not embarrasing. Not to be mean but that post ( your status) is kinda stupid. I mean, I post stupid stuff on mine and my friends ignore it or just comment saying "Yeah" or "True". But I think the guy who wrote that (comment) is just plain stupid or mean. Don't pay attention to that comment. Erase or hide that comment.
