If i hide something from my timeline will it still show in the newsfeed?

my friend tagged me in a pic
but i dont want my friends to see it
so i hid the post from my timeline
will my friends still see the picc in their newsfeed?

It will stay on the newsfeed of the person who posted the picture..but not yours..so any mutual friends will see the picture on the poster's newsfeed- not yours

Anybody who has their newsfeed refresh in time to see your post will still see it. It will appear grayed-out and will say that it has been deleted. The story will not show up on your timeline and will not show up in anybody's newfeed after it has been deleted.

They can see in newsfeed and photos of yours.if u want to remove tag u can go to this pic then scroll down u can find ur name there..u can see also "remove tag" there.then this pic will disappear from newsfeeds ....
