Blocked from adding comments on Facebook?

I've been blocked for two days now and I'm still not allowed to add comments, I could understand why I've been blocked if for example I swore a lot or if I posted abuse, but I've never ever done anything like that and all I want to do is comment on my friends status and pictures
please help x

you tried to add a friend who clicked on "i dont know this person outside of facebook"

stop trying to add people who you dont actually know, and you wont have this problem anymore

facebook has changed its rules, I have got to 5000 friends and now it wont let me do anything

Facebook wants people to upload their actual ID to make sure they are not lying about their real name.Facebook want to know everything about you so their can shove their stinky ads up your eyes.I won't be surprised if they send you a letter asking for "account verification".
