How can I delete a friend from facebook when they deactivated their account?

One of my ex friends is being nosey on my facebook. She activates her facebook and after she spys on my timeline she deactivates her account lol stocker status. I can never catch her online or when her facebook is active to delete/ block her.. any ideas as to what I can do? Thanks all who answers

Go to your blocked list and add her email address or phone number, she will be blocked!

Go to your privacy settings, select "Who Can see My Stuff", then How Do I stop someone from bothering me, type in the partial name, you will get a list of people, click Block and done.

Go to your friendlist & search for their name...because people still appear on my friendlist even after they've deactivated, their profile just isn't viewable, but you still should be able to delete them...♥
