How long after u've stopped checking some1's fb profile should they stop appearing in ur 9 friends box?

I have never had any interaction with my ex on facebook (at all!), but I used to view his profile a lot until a few weeks ago... so I haven't opened it since then, but he's still first in my 9 friends box :\ I was wondering if he's also been creeping on my page, or does it take longer for the top friends to change??
I havent joined any groups, we only have 3 mutual friends that I never interact with and I have friends who I have way more mutual friends with and they never show up on tehre, i rarely ever like anything or comment, and im pretty sure there isnt anything we have both liked or commented on... c'mon, it has to be profile views!

and you dont seem to understand what "interaction" means...

there are many more factors, like groups you have in common, friends you have in common, things that both of you have liked or commented on, locality, mutual friends
