how can i unblock someone from facebook?

Go to the Account settings at the top of the facebook window where u log your account out then go to the blocking option at the left hand side. After u will go to that blocking option u will see the people u blocked and an unblock option with their names

You'll see a list of people you're blocking and next to their name it says "unblock" (:
