How come when I tag this one facebook friend in my statuses and pics, it doesn't show up on their wall?

Everyone else's does when I tag them in a status or picture. It will show up on their profile/wall but this one friend it never ends up on his wall. Why not? He told me he didn't delete the tag. He didn't. It's still there. He didn't make the tag private either (he showed me from his own computer). So, whats going on?

I think he has enable the tag review. He need to accept the tag
