Yes. They're gonna receive it. There's nothing you can do to prevent it.

you cant mark your own message as spam... and even if you could, the person would still be able to see it...
think of it like this... how do you prevent someone from listening to a voicemail you left them? you cant, can you... |

You Cant Mark your Own Message As Spam you Can Only Mark other Peoples Messages as Spam And The Other Person Will Get the Message Regardless Even if you Could Mark your Own Message As Spam
