Why facebook won't let me make an account?

Hello, my name is (Some common Korean first name) O(It's my last name, a single letter. It's on all the legal documents.)
Well, as you see, Facebook won't let me use my name to make an account.
What actions do I need to take to get the account with my name?
To abraXus: i)I'm 20 ii) I live in U.S. iii) No I do not use proxy. The issue is Facebook think one lettered last name is fake.

are you at least 13?

do you live in a country that allows facebook? or are you using a proxy/vpn to create the account?
