Can you video chat from Facebook using a tablet?
need to video chat with someone who uses a computer. Is there an app for video chat or what?

Depends on what tablet.. I believe you need flash player and then you can video chat Smile I'm not too sure

The chat at http://www.321chat.com/webcam/ can be viewed on ipads and android devices but they also have an app that will log directly into the chat.
