twitter is being weird?

i need help. something really odd is happening with my twitter account. recently, i notice that my following list on twitter keep going up and down by 3 and that i keep losing and gaining 1 follower on my twitter account.

i can't see the 3 accounts that i apparently am following, nor can i see the hidden follower who keeps following and unfollowing me.

i tried protecting/locking my account/tweets but that doesn't help and i also checked the 'Apps' sections to see if there was anything that shouldn't be allowed but everything looks normal, i still can log into my account and tweet like normal but it's still weird how this is happening.

does anyone else have this issue?

Most Likely that is a Error With Twitter you Cant Fix it Only the Twitter Support Team Can Please Contact Twitter and Open up a Support Ticket
