Why do users on Twitter with more followers follow me?

Sometimes, random people follow me on Twitter and they have a lot of followers and they are following a few. Most of the time they are singers who are not that popular or artist who are not very popular but have a lot of followers but are only following a few. I don't understand why, since my Twitter has Justin Bieber, Amber Liu, Austin Mahone and celebrities pictures and excessive pride of my country everywhere.
