I can't remember my first facebook page password I need help on how to reset it thanks

1 After logging in incorrectly many times, you will get a warning from Facebook , telling you that the password you entered is not valid . Below that, you should see your name and e-mail address. Click the button below that which says "reset my password".
2 Choose the option "Email me a link to reset my password" . Then, click on the"continue" button.
3 You will be asked for a code . This will be in an e-mail from Facebook . Keep that page open while you go to your e-mail.
4 Go to your e-mail and copy (Ctrl-C) the code . Then, in the page that you kept open, enter your code and click "submit code".
5 You will be asked to produce a new password . Type it twice and click on "changepassword".
6 Finally update your security information . If your profile protection is low, you may want to create a security question if you haven't done so already. Click "save and continue".

just click on forgot password, enter your email, and they will send you a password reset link

recovering a facebook password is easy.

In the text box, enter the email you used to sign up to Facebook. (entering email is the easiest way). If you don't remember the email, try entering you phone number, username or your full name.

try with forgot password. it wants a email which u've used to sing up, and sent a reset link on email.go to that link and reset it. if security question needed then give which you answer against it.think it might help you.thanks

Go to Facebook log in page, then put email & click forgot password.Then you go to your email and open the message what you receive from Facebook. Open the mail, it has a mail & click the link. Then you should solved your problem.
