well on fb in down right corner u see the chat box, where it shows who are online. it's same about u. when u enter fb it shows u online to others and ur activities in tricker.
if chatting annoys u or if dont have time to chat with any one u can turn it off. just click on the star on chat box and then choose "turn off chat".
that's all!
