Am i addicted to facebook?
hey...i spend lot of time in facebook...its not that i chat or update anything...i simply waste time checking others posts..i tried deactivating my account few times..but no use..can u suggest me a way out of this..i promise to listen to u...please do help me..got my exams coming..

Disconnect your internet connections and I mean from everything- laptops, desktops, tabs, cellphones, anything you may check fb from...

Ask your friend to change your Facebook password and not let you know it until your exams are done.
