Facebook search for friends...?

Facebook has updated yet again is it still possible to search a name and where they live ,if so how do i know do this?

Any help will be appreciated !

Hi,
With updated Facebook search feature, 'Graph Search', you can ask queries in natural way.
For eg. you can search for people using this query, 'People named [name]' and you can refine your search by adding further details such as gender, age, place, school, relationship etc. on right side panel.
You can also ask questions like; "Music my friends like", "photos I like", "Cities my family visited", "people who like cycling", "photos of my friends in New York" etc. We have to put some keywords on search and it will automatically generate suggestion like above.

If you think 'Graph Search' is annoying, you can temporarily turn-off/disable the feature by "changing your primary language to English(UK) from English(US)".
