Why not just decline friend request on FB?
Alright so this happens to me sometimes: I add someone I know on Facebook, but that person didn't do anything with request. S/he didn't press accept nor decline. If he doesn't want to be my friend, he would have press 'decline' but didn't touch it. Would there be any reason why someone doesn't touch your request for a long time? Is it that the person doesn't want to be my friend or is it something else?

Perhaps he has just been too busy to Facebook. He also may not have seen your request. I have had people friend request me and I did not see it until months later. Sometimes FB is sort of buggy. You may want to ask him if he got it since FB is buggy and all.
