how to make this photo?

I have two pictures and a text to write adjacent to them. It should appear somewhat like this.

It appears to be pretty simple, but i can't do it on picasa. Please advise where it could be done quick and easy. and a simple tutorial accompanying. Thanks in advance.

You to will need to add transparent layers to do that. You could do that online photo editing websites, or if offline could use GIMP photo editor

Open an image you want to use, then add text and an additional image.
