Why did i get a Facebook notification for this?
Ok so why did I get a FB notification for a guy who posted a video? Does it mean he specifically posted it for certain people or was it just a weird fluke?

It's likely that you were tagged in the video, meaning that someone (the poster or someone with permission to tag) put your name down as someone who is in the video.
