Right click on your desktop, and select "New Shortcut". Enter http://facebook.com as the location of the item, hit next, name it whatever u want(like Facebook) and it will open directly to Facebook with your default web browser.

Well let's see you could always set internet explorer or google chrome to open one or two tabs... you can set your homepage to facebook and there you go.... click on the browser and facebook opens.

Simple, go to the application on your computer select (the ",exe") file then right click and select create desktop shortcut. Walla. The other ways suggested work also.
