My Twitter Icon Won't Change?

Hi, I have a fandom twitter, and I changed my icon yesterday to a girl because it was her birthday (to celebrate) And when I woke up this morning, it won't change back, i've tried several pictures on several tabs, but it won't change, it just keeps saying 'Internal Server Error'

Can someone please help with this?
