I sent my ID to Facebook ,then they were locked out but they told me I would receive an email from them but,haven't got it yet and I still can't get on my Facebook.Can you tell me how long does it take.

Make sure you sent it provided the right email and that it really is Facebook make sure to check your spam folder and when did you contact them? And if it was busy it may take longer there is a lot of variables.
