HELP !?! why i don't have "chat box" in my facebook account ?

Well i have my first account and its good too, but for privacy and family stuff i created my "second" account last night but its kinda weird i mean in my first account i can see my "chat box" but in my second new account i don't find any "chat box" plus i did cleared my history but it won't work please is there any way that i can get it ? or facebook team can fix this problem ? what should i do ?

First give a feedback to Facebook authorities.If they don't solve your problem then you have to delete your account and make a new one.Or open your facebook in a new browser with a new fast connection.Most of the time the speed of Internet connection cause this problem.So may be a fast connection will solve the problem.
