Anyway to make a photo on Facebook high-quality AFTER having uploaded it?

I recently uploaded a photo on Facebook from my iPhone. When I upload a photo from my computer to a Facebook album, there is a box that says "Make High Quality," which is always automatically checked.

I thought that all photos were automatically uploaded in high quality whether or not they were uploaded from a computer or iPhone. There is a photo that I ALREADY UPLOADED that I would prefer to be in high quality. Is there anyway to make it high quality now? Is deleting it the only way to replace it with a high quality version?
