How to make it so others wont get notifications about my Facebook activities in their email?
I was told that my friends on Facebook are getting notifications about me in their email and I am wondering how to make it stop so they wont be bothered by them.

Facebook mobile allows members to update their status messages and read friends' status... ... Other People Are Reading ... Sign into your account with your email and password or sign up for a new account ... it says I tried to get my code too many times and won't let me do it.. any suggestions of how I can fix this problem?
