can I follow someone who is not my friend in Facebook?

this person sometimes is posting about me without my consent (including photoshopped photos). I naturally deleted him from my friends, but I would like to keep track of his posts to make sure he is not posting new things about me. Is there any way to do it? I would prefer if he does not know it. Thanks!

You may want to create a new Facebook account with a different name. If you just want to keep tracking on that person feeds.

Following systems:
The person you are following will be able to know who is following them. So if you followed them with your original account, they surely knows.
