Can the "people you may know" on facebook show stalkers?
I've met people in real life and haven't had any mutual friends on facebook with them. Sometimes they suddenly appear on my 'people you may know' section. Is it a sign that its showing either stalkers or that there is a secret agency following and watching our every moves?

People You May Know suggests friends based on mutual friends, work, location, school etc. Some times people who have less friends will appear in this list
