facebook settings help please?

i haven't been able to see a friends post, and just found out my friends setting were on customs (for when she posts stuff). We changed the setting and had her post something and i can't see it on my wall at all. when she makes a post it says it will be on her timeline and she is the only one who can see it. People can post to her wall. no one is blocked. and its not on public

any suggestions on how to fix this, i am good with FB but i can't seem to help out my friend

well first we need to know if she is using her computer, or a phone

the way to fix it is to use a computer, type a status, and BEFORE she posts it, select for "friends" to be able to see it, then post it

then her phone will use that new setting too

if you change it on a previous post, it only changes it for that particular post, and if you try to use a phone to do it, it will not "remember" to use the same setting next time
