Facebook "people you may know?"?

So I used to lurk on fb sometimes but not anymore. I noticed that my crush's sister shows up at the top of my "people you may know" list even though we have 1 mutual friend but her brother isnt on the list at all even though we have like 15 mutual friends. Does this mean her sister lurks on my account while her brother doesnt?

If you're regularly visiting your crush's profile, Facebook will assume you're good friends and will suggest anyone who's also close to them. It doesn't necessarily mean she visits your account.
