Facebook has been hacked?
Very early this morning I've noticed on my Yahoo mail, it says that someone has changed my password and sign in on another android.. Well I have changed my password more than 5 times because I'm afraid that someone will hacked it. I used something that no one won't think of (even my Yahoo mail) and they still managed to changed my Facebook password. How can I prevent for other things to sign in?

You probably have malware on your computer.

1. Shut down your computer and reboot in Safe Mode:

Start your computer in Safe Mode:
Windows: Press F8 on startup. (Make sure you enable networking)
Mac: Hold the Shift key right after the chime.

2. Scan your computer with an antivirus
Windows:
Free — Avast! (http://www.avast.com/en-us/index)
Paid — Kaspersky (http://usa.kaspersky.com/)

Mac:
Free — Sophos (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/)
Free and paid — Intego (http://www.intego.com/)

If those are able to clear it up, then you're good. If your antivirus doesn't clean it up, or they can't find anything (but you want to make sure you get rid of it), continue to step 3.

3. Start your computer in Safe Mode as described before and then back up your important files.

4. Insert the system install DVD and power off. Boot from the install DVD:
Windows: Press Esc on startup > Boot Device Options > Boot from DVD/CD Drive
Mac: Hold the C key before the chime.

5. Format and reinstall: It's pretty straightforward no matter what OS you're on. Use Google if you have trouble. Wait until the format and install is completely done. You will just cause problems if you intervene.

6. Once you've reinstalled, you should get a malware (I recommended a few earlier). Also consider changing your passwords, as malware can steal passwords.
