Help with instagram, contact # or email?

I know you're supposed to be able to contact them by a link but I've typed it in on my iPod and computer several times to no avail. It just sends me back to the help center. I need to ask then a question about logging in. It says incorrect password when I try to log on IG and I didnt connect to Facebook, the only trouble is I don't remember the email I used. Would they be able to tell me the address(I've sent the emails about the pass to It already)? I would still have access to the account I just need to know what address.

Is it the same email as your Facebook account ? If you have an idea of maybe witch email it is and don't know that password when you made the email it ask about security questions you answered a long time ago & if you answer right it should let you log in
