Facebook won't email me back about my disabled account?

I've sent in two pictures. 1 of them is a picture of my Birth Certificate. The next one is a School I.D.
I've sent it in at least 5-7 times. I've waited for about a full week. So 7 days of no response. Is there a direct email that will give me support? Or a phone number? I admin a lot of pages and want to get back onto my account. They blocked me for "Suspicious activity" whatever that means.

it takes much longer than 7 days for them to get back to you - usually it takes at least 30 days

there is no direct email and no phone number to call
