Does Facebook suggest friends you already have?

Basically someone told me that I have another Facebook that had my same picture and everything. I only have one Facebook account. The person who told me said that FB suggested friends to them, one being me. Does FB suggest friends that you are already friends with?
If FB does NOT suggest friends you already have, shouldn't I be able to look up this other person who is using my name? When I search my name on FB, it only shows my actual account. No other accounts with my name and picture show up. How is this possible then? Because if the person had their account set to private, it wouldn't have shown up on people's suggested friends list, right? Also, if there is another account using my name and picture, can I contact FB to have them delete it?

No, Facebook doesn't suggest friends you already have.

maybe this person blocked you so you cant view them. and yes you can contact facebook but it wil probably take a while for them to remove it
