How can I limit myself from posting so much?

On instagram, I love posting pictures but I seem to post too much. My friends usually post every 3-4 days but I post everyday and I want to stop this. I know it's a really stupid question but any tips on keeping myself from uploading a picture too often? Thanks!

Maybe that‘s because you go there a lot in a day, maybe you take too many pics so you needa do something fun that can get ur mind off of going there to upload pics like play some games cos thats what i do

Distract yourself, get out more.

OR
Ask yourself when your about to post, are my friends really going to find this interesting? Is this picture worth putting up on the internet? If so, why?
